Currently this study is not for download and we ask members to respect this, the reason being is that it is the culmination of many years study and yet it is still a work in progress. As such it is anticipated that the work will undoubtedly go through a significant number of revisions as members read it and add their knowledge to the corpus by emailing the author accordingly.
